  Farm Profile: This coffee is an heirloom varietal that is from a collection of small lots within the village of Aramo, located in the highlands not far from Yirgacheffe Town at an altitude of 1900-2100 meters.  Processed by sun drying on raised beds and prepared always with Grade 1 standards. Brilliantly clean with fruited notes.  Another excellent example of a quality coffee that was given special care every step of the way.  It truly shows through in the cup.

Cupping Notes: Very sweet and crisp, strawberry, apricot, citrus end.
